The holiday home is located in Elixhausen near the Mozart city of Salzburg (approx. 5km) in the immediate vicinity of the awesome lakes of the Trumer Seenland. The comfortable house offers you an open and as good as new eat-in kitchen. Modern and high-quality furniture with complete equipment, own carport and free WiFi are available.
It has a cozy winter garden and a welltended garden. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. The tiled stove in the living room offers a pleasant source of heat for cold days. The bus stop 120 (Mattsee-Salzburg) can be reached in three minutes.

In just 10 minutes you can reach the internationally important Salzburg Exhibition and trade fair center and the Salzburg Arena.
